Thank you for joining in my GCSE Masterclass yesterday! ❤️

Yesterday I resumed my 5pm GCSE English Masterclass and what an AMAZING first lesson! It was so wonderful to have so, so many Year 9s, Year 10s and Year 11s joining in, super active and engaged – asking me questions, having practiced in advance of the class.

This is exactly why I run my weekly masterclasses – to inspire my students to show up, do their best and ENGAGE in English. GCSE English can actually be fun!

As much as I inspired my students, I also felt extremely inspired, energised and confident that we are all on the road to going up by at least 1 GCSE Grade in our OCTOBER MOCK EXAMS! This is how we build towards getting Grades 7,8 & 9 in our final GCSE exams – consistent practice and showing up, week in and week out.
